Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be further elaborated below through the examples, but not as a limitation of the present invention.

[0028] A new in-situ rapid restoration process of cadmium-contaminated cultivated land based on microbial transformation, comprising the following steps:

[0029] First, after investigating and analyzing the pollution degree of cadmium-contaminated cultivated land, the contaminated cultivated land is divided according to the difference of soil cadmium content. After determination, the content of cadmium in cultivated land is 1.12mg / kg, and the content of other heavy metal ions is lower than the national standard GB 15618-1995 "Soil Environmental Quality Standard". After partitioning, the size of the test field was 7×7m, and two parallel test groups (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) and one experimental control group (Ⅲ) were set up.

Abstract

The invention relates to an in-situ rapid remediation method for cadmium contaminated cultivated land based on microbial conversion. The method comprises the steps that earth dams and drainage ditches are built around the cadmium contaminated cultivated land, and then liquid collecting tanks communicating with the drainage ditches are built; seepage control thin films are paved at the bottoms and side walls of the drainage ditches and the collecting tanks; then enlarging-cultivated microbe enriched bacteria liquid is sprayed into the cadmium contaminated cultivated land, and fully and uniformly mixed with the land by adoption of agricultural land ploughing equipment; liquid obtained after natural settling flows through the drainage ditches to be collected into the liquid collecting tanks, and a cadmium-containing solution is obtained; cadmium ions in the solution are subjected to adsorption treatment in the collecting tanks; and finally the remediated land is washed to be neutral by means of non-contaminated water. Compared with a traditional method of remediating the cadmium contaminated land in a physical, chemical and plant mode, the process is short in remediation period, large in treated contaminated area, low in cost, and not prone to causing secondary pollution to the land; and the process method has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, economical and the like, and has wide application prospects in the field of cadmium contaminated land fast remediation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microbial remediation of heavy metal-contaminated cultivated land, in particular to a microbial in-situ rapid remediation method for cadmium-contaminated cultivated land. Background technique [0002] Cadmium (Cd) is a heavy metal element with high biological toxicity. It has strong chemical activity in the soil environment and long-lasting toxicity. It is easy to endanger human health through the enrichment of the food chain. The cadmium element in cultivated land is mainly introduced by natural factors and human factors. The former mainly comes from the weathering and dissolution of rock minerals in nature, and the latter mainly discharges cadmium into cultivated land directly or indirectly through industrial and agricultural production and residents' living habits. So far, the soil area polluted by cadmium in my country has exceeded 2×10 5 km 2 , accounting for 1 / 6 of the total arable land area, ther...
