With the comprehensive considerations of the dynamic economy scheduling models of the power transmission network and the power distribution network as well as the coupling relationship between the power transmission network and the power distribution network, the power transmission and distribution coordinated dynamic economy scheduling model is established. For the proposed power transmission and distribution coordinated dynamic economy scheduling model, a multi-parameter planning theory is utilized and an iterative solving algorithm for the power transmission and distribution coordinated dynamic economy scheduling model is provided. The proposed algorithm possesses a good converging speed, suitable for the problem of power mismatching between the power transmission network and the power distribution network caused when renewable energy is accessed and can obtain the optimal solution to the global power transmission and distribution.
