Abstract

According to the invention, a Ronchi grating performs imaging in a focal plane of a lens to be tested through a collimator, the formed image is further imaged through an electrically controlled zoom lens, and finally a clearest image picture is acquired on a CCD camera through a microscope objective. The size of the picture is calculated, and the focal length of the lens to be tested is calculated according to a formula f=L / (1+mVy0 / f0y3).
