The invention discloses a near space electrodynamic patch. The electrodynamic patch comprises a positive pole wire, a negative pole wire, a positive pole base, a negative pole base, insulating patches, an upper insulating sheet, a lower insulating sheet and insulating rivets. The electrodynamic patch has the advantages that (1), the electrodynamic patch can be bonded to an outer layer of a low-speed aircraft, independent space as same as the space of propellers is not needed, the thrust force increases as the adhesion area increases, and the electrodynamic patch is particularly suitable for stratospheric airships such as the large-size low speed aircraft; (2), within the height of 20 km to 50 km, as the height increases, the thrust force of the electrodynamic patch under the same voltage increases continuously; (3), the electrodynamic patch has no mechanical motion, no noise and low infrared visibility; (4), compared with propulsion devices such as existing high-altitude propellers, the electrodynamic patch is light in weight and simple in design, and has no rotational torque balance requirements.
