The association-type non-crosslinking fracturing fluid is prepared from hydrophobic modified partial hydrolytic polyacrylamide and derivatives of the hydrophobic modified partial hydrolytic polyacrylamide serving as active ingredients, a gel breaker, potassium chloride, an optional surface active agent and water, wherein each of the molecular structures of the hydrophobic modified partial hydrolytic polyacrylamide and the derivatives of the hydrophobic modified partial hydrolytic polyacrylamide contains acrylamide monomer unit, at least one biparental unsaturated monomer unit and at least one an anion alkene unsaturated monomer unit. As the molecular structure of a thickening agent contains a biparental monomer unit, a reversible super-molecule network can be formed in an aqueous solution through intermolecular hydrophobic association, and the high viscosity and the suspending power required by the fracturing fluid can be obtained without needing chemical crosslinking. The association-type non-crosslinking fracturing fluid based on the thickening agent has the characteristics of simple composition, low residue content, low damage, low friction, shear resistance, temperature resistance and salt resistance and can turn into a new generation of fracturing fluid system for replacing guanidine gum and fracturing fluid thereof.

The invention has the effects and advantages that: the bipolar plate is low in manufacturing cost, has prominent composite performance such as corrosion resistance, conductivity, hydrophobicity and the like, can be used for replacing a noble metal bipolar plate and a graphite bipolar plate, and can be used as a cell bipolar plate of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell and an electrolytic cell bipolar plate of the regenerative fuel cell.

Preparation method of high-purity zinc powder

The invention provides a preparation method of high-purity zinc powder. In the method, clean energy natural gas is taken as a heating source to heat and melt zinc for a zinc melting furnace. The temperature of the zinc melting furnace is controlled between 520 DEG C to 580 DEG C, zinc fluid is then introduced to a reverberatory furnace or a refining furnace, and the heating source of the natural gas is turned on to 460 DEG C to 500 DEG C, and then, stands for 24 to 36 hours until melt is layered. The upper layer of the melt is melt refining zinc. After then, the melt refining zinc passes through a lead tower and a cadmium tower respectively to realize the separation of zinc and impurity elements. At last, zinc vapor is introduced into a condenser for rapid cooling, and the zinc vapor is changed into the zinc powder to fall into a powder hopper, and then, the zinc power passes through a mixer and a grader to obtain finished product, i.e. high-purity zinc powder. The cleaning method can be used for preparing the high-purity zinc powder, of which the zinc content is higher than or equal to 99.99wt%, and the high-purity zinc powder can reach the standards of the high-purity zinc powder of zinc-1 and zinc-0 brand. The invention has the advantages of simple process, easy control of furnace temperature and high production efficiency, which is especially suitable for large-scale industrial production.

The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: performing reductive sulfur-fixing melting on antimony concentrate and oxide of metal with higher sulfur affinity compared with the antimony in low-temperature inert molten salt to generate liquid metal antimony and sulfur-fixed metal sulfide, and forming molten salt slag by using the sulfur-fixed metal sulfide and non-reacted substances as solid substances; and separating most inert molten salt from the solid substances and then thermally returning the most inert molten salt to the melting process, regenerating NaHCO3 for recycling by using the molten salt slag through a 'water leaching-carbonated precipitation' process, reclaiming the sulfur-fixed metal sulfide concentrate for selling from the leached residue by ore dressing, or performing roasting desulfuration on the leached residue for heat energy utilization and smoke acid making, and returning oxide roasting sand serving as a sulfur-fixing agent to the melting process. The method greatly reduces the antimony melting temperature, produces the crude antimony at one step, realizes reclamation of sulfur and energy utilization of sulfide, thoroughly eliminates environmental pollution of low-concentration SO2 smoke at the same time of simplifying the flow, reducing the cost and greatly improving the direct yield of the antimony, and has the advantages of low carbon, cleanness and high efficiency.

The invention provides a method for synthesizing 1,2-cyclohexanediol by cyclohexene under selenium catalysis. The method comprises the following steps of: taking cyclohexene as a raw material, taking a selenium compound as a catalyst, and taking hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant; carrying out reaction at a temperature of 15-80 DEG C in the presence of a solvent, wherein a mole ratio of the hydrogen peroxide to the cyclohexene is (0.5-1.5): 1, the mole fraction of the selenium compound and the cyclohexene is 0.1-1 percent, and the concentration of the reaction solution based on a solvent calculation is 1-20 mol/L. Furthermore, the production can be continuously carried out by adding the raw materials for the next turn into reaction residues.
