A method and a device for utilization of mobile radio telephones for surveillance and/or control purposes in which a radio unit (3) for reception of signals from mobile radio telephones is arranged to be activated in a first step by an incoming signal from a mobile radio telephone, as a second step analysing the first part of received signal with regard to the PIN/SIM number (or corresponding) and/or inputted call number during the handshaking procedure between the mobile radio telephone and an associated base station for comparison with preprogrammed corresponding information, and as a third step, when correspondence has been established, initiate preprogrammed procedures and/or actions, and if non-correspondence is established, return to “resting” and non-activated condition pending a signal inputted from a mobile radio telephone. The receiving radio unit (3) is preferably performing a scanner function in “resting” condition with regard to within the geographical area utilized frequencies for mobile telephones, and performs a locking operation to the frequency for an incoming signal, maintaining this locking when approval for the third step is established, and returning thereafter, as well as when non-acceptance is established during the second or third step, to “resting” function with scanning of the frequencies. The reception range for used radio unit (3) is preferably maintained restricted during the first and second step, and extended during the third step, whereby reception of called subscriber can be accomplished from the base station communicating with the mobile radio telephone.

Novel wind-curtain device for refrigerator

The invention relates to a novel wind-curtain device for a refrigerator. The device comprises a fan set, a fireproof valve, a wind-supplying pipe, a wind-returning pipe, a bend, a three-way pipe, an increasing pipe, a PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) curtain, a wind-supplying opening grid, a wind-returning opening grid and a curtain wall. The PVC curtain and an air curtain of the device can perform the double heat-insulating actions for the refrigerator, and meanwhile, a door curtain can be used for blocking the air curtain from being directly contacted with an external environment, thereby the probability of garbage entering a wind pipe is decreased. Mosquitoes, flies, insects and mice are effectively prevented from entering the refrigerator from the side of the air curtain with a smaller wind speed through uniform air flows formed at a refrigerator door by a wind-supplying and returning system, thereby the storage safety of the refrigerator is improved, and the uniform wind speed is favorable to blocking the penetration of cold wind. The device can be used for sufficiently blocking the penetration of the cold wind in the refrigerator, and insect prevention and dust prevention are achieved. A wind curtain disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency, cleanliness, simple structure, low cost and the like and is particularly suitable for large refrigerators for storing foods.

The invention discloses a PMOS (p-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) source / drain region ion implantation method and a corresponding device manufacturing method. Since an amorphous carbon layer can be completely removed without causing silicon sinking, when the amorphous carbon layer is used as a pad layer for PMOS source / drain region ion implantation, the range of implanted impurities in the silicon substrate can be reduced on the premise of basically not changing the implanted impurity distribution, thereby obtaining an ultrashallow junction which is more shallow than that obtained by a conventional method; or the implanted energy is increased on the premise of keeping the depth of the ultrashallow junction unchanged, thereby relieving the demands of technique for high-dose low-energy ion implantation to some extent, and lowering the technical difficulty of PMOS source / drain region ion implantation. The PMOS source / drain region ion implantation method and the corresponding device manufacturing method provided by the invention can be used for improving the ion implantation technique of the ultrashallow junction in the PMOS source / drain region, and lowering the technical difficulty.

Structure of radioactive micro balls and preparation method

The invention relates to the structure of radioactive micro balls and a preparation method. At least one micro ball having isotopes which can radiate beta or gamma-ray is added in a biocompatible substance; and the biocompatible substance represents biological materials and chemical materials which can be used for the clinical cure: biologic glass, biologic ceramics, biologic resin and liposome, etc. The preparation method comprises the steps: 1. activation method: putting phosphorus or yttrium-containing into an irradiation container of an atom reacting device, and irradiating the micro balls with neutron, so that the phosphorus or the yttrium is activated to be radioactive phosphorus (32P) or radioactive yttrium (90Y); and 2. mixing method: mixing isotope (such as 125I and 103Pd) which has radiate beta or gamma- ray with entitative or hollow micro balls, carrying the isotopes into human bodies by taking the micro balls as the carrier of the isotope for the radiotherapy of tumor. The radioactive micro balls have the volume which is in the range of nanometer and micrometer, and can release beta or gamma ray; and the isotope is one or several, has short radiation range, reduces the side effects of the radiotherapy of the tumor, and can be induced into the human bodies by means of local intervention or surgery through blood vessels.
