Through application of the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the data link which is allowed to be used and has the highest idle bandwidth is selected for transmitting the data request message of which destination address is the IP address, further the load balancing of the plurality of data links between the routing device and the data server can be realized, and further a link utilization rate can be improved.
