The sower comprises a machine frame, a sowing assembly and a traveling assembly, wherein the sowing assembly comprises a seed falling box, seed falling pipes and seed falling guide sleeves; the traveling assembly comprises traveling roller wheels and a rolling mechanism; the rolling mechanism is positioned at the front end of the sowing assembly in the traveling direction of the rapeseed sower; the rolling mechanism comprises a pressure plate and rolling wheels; the pressure plate is fixed to the machine frame; and the bottom surface of the pressure plate is aligned with the corresponding sowing surface of the rapeseed sower. The pressure plate is provided with a row of the rolling wheels which perform compaction on the sowing surface and form rolling grooves as the rapeseed sower travels, the quantity of the rolling wheels is corresponding to the quantity of the seed falling guide sleeves; and the rolling grooves formed by the rolling of the rolling wheels are corresponding to the seed falling positions of the seed falling guide sleeves. According to the structure, the pressure plate of the rolling mechanism is utilized to flatten the sowing surface to be sown, the rolling wheels are utilized to perform rolling on the sowing surface so as to form the rolling grooves, and seeds from the seed falling guide sleeves fall into the rolling grooves, thereby implementing sowing; and the rapeseed sower has higher emergence rate and survival rate after sowing.
