Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of animal epidemiology detection, and discloses a primer set and a kit for duck batay virus ring-mediated isothermal amplification detection. According to the method, primers are designed according to the conserved sequence of the duck batay virus genome: outer primers F3 and B3; inner primers FIP and BIP; loop primer LB. The specific sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO.1‑5. Based on the designed primers, a loop-mediated isothermal amplification method for the detection of duck Batay virus was established. The detection method does not cross-react with common duck infectious disease pathogens. The detection method of the present invention has strong specificity, good accuracy and high sensitivity, does not need expensive instruments and equipment, is convenient for clinical field use at the grassroots level, and is convenient and fast.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to an isothermal amplification detection primer set and a kit for duck batay virus loop-mediated detection, belonging to the field of animal infectious disease detection. Background technique [0002] Batai virus (BATV) is a member of the Bunyaviridae family ( Bnuyaviridae ) bunyavirus ( Orthobunya virus ) member of the Bunyamwera serogroup. The virus is mainly transmitted by Culex mosquitoes and Anopheles mosquitoes, and it infects a wide range of hosts. Many vertebrates, rodents, and birds are its natural hosts. [0003] BATV was first isolated from Culex mosquitoes in Malaysia in 1955. Subsequently, the virus was isolated from various insects and mammals in many countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and Africa, and antibodies to the virus were detected in serum samples of humans, horses, and cattle. my country isolated BATV for the first time in 1998 from the Filipino mosaic in Yunnan Province. In April 2014, Zhang Lijia...
