The working principle of the system is that modules in the first and second analog units are adopted to simulate actual running photovoltaic power generation system modules before and after cleaning respectively, and accumulated electric quantity difference between the two is traced in real time till single-time cleaning cost is reached and cleaning reminding information is sent out; and at initial moments of different cleaning cycles, the modules in the first and second analog units need to be alternately cleaned so as to ensure that the accumulated dust situation of the actual running photovoltaic power generation system can be represented.
