The method comprises the steps of designing a BIM model through BIM design software by use of a design module, and sending model data to a conversion module and an integration module;deriving the BIM design model in the design module, by the conversion module, into an IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) file, and sending the IFC file to an extraction module; performing integration processing on the BIM model in the design module, and sending the processed data to the extraction module; and extracting the BIM model by use of the extraction module through receiving of the IFC fileof the conversion module and the integrated data of the integration module to form a geometrical model of the usage amount of a building structural component.
