Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular biology and discloses a group of molecular markers microRNA-4317 for metastasis, prognosis and targeted therapy of non-small-cell lung carcinoma, an application of the molecular markers to preparation of a diagnostic reagent or kit for metastasis, prognosis and targeted therapy of non-small-cell lung carcinoma, as well as an application ofmicroRNA-4317 to preparation of a tumor inhibition drug and an application of the gene expression condition of microRNA-4317 to preparation of a drug for tumor inhibition prognosis or targeted therapy. By use of the molecular biological technique, the markers for metastasis, prognosis and targeted therapy of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma can be judged by effective molecular level detection, and convenience is provided for individualized treatment of diseases. Meanwhile, the markers have great guiding significance in development of follow-up clinical research.
