Abstract

A charging station load dispatching model comprehensively considering vehicle owner and operator benefits comprises four steps of mode analysis, target function building, constraint condition buildingand model solution and optimization, wherein t<start> is set as dispatching starting moment, t<end> is dispatching ending moment, and within the moment, (1) mode analysis; (2) target function building; (3) constraint condition building; and (4) model solution and optimization are performed. The model is a dual-target optimization model, a group of non-dominated solutions are obtained through solution by an NSGA II algorithm, and a compromise solution is screened out by a fuzzy specialist theory. The vehicle owner and operator benefits are used as an optimization target, power balancing, charging coverage rate and electrovalent condition constraint are considered, so that an electric vehicle charging dispatching model is built, the renewable energy source output condition of a charging station, the energy storage condition of a gradient battery and the travelling demand and the charging demand of a vehicle owner are acquired in real time, and the model is solved by the NSGA II algorithm and the fuzzy specialist theory to obtain a dispatching result.
