When a mobile phone is used, a charge-discharge detection unit is used for detecting a charge-discharge stateof the mobile phone, a battery is used for supplying power if charging is not performed, a battery temperature detection power supply unit is used for detecting a battery temperature when the batterysupplies power, when a battery temperature is higher than a set threshold, a warning unit displays that the battery temperature is excessively high, a user is reminded to enter a power supply mode ofa temporary energy storage unit, power consumption application can be closed, a charge-discharge control module temporarily cuts off power supply and closes a power consumption assembly of the system,power supply of the temporary energy storage unit is switched, when that the battery temperature is lower than the set threshold is detected, power supply of the battery is restored, the charge-discharge detection unit detects that the mobile phone enters a charging state, power supply of the battery is cut off, AC power supply is directly used, meanwhile, the battery is charged, after an external AC input is removed, the unit is automatically switched to power supply of the battery.
