A lining fabric layer is arranged on the back of the close fitting layer and comprises warp yarns and weft yarns which are mutually interlaced; velveteen is interlaced between the warp yarns and the weft yarns; the warp yarns and the weft yarns are made from carbon fibers; the velveteen is made from cotton yarns; and a flame-retardant layer, a waterproof layer and an anti-static layer are arranged on the velveteen from inside to outside.
