Abstract

The invention discloses a surgical clinical dilation device in the technical field of medical instruments. The surgical clinical dilation device comprises a main shell, an adjusting screw rod, a moving shell and a moving screw rod. The surgical clinical dilation device can be integrally fixed to a surgical bed through a fixing clamp and prevented from accidentally moving in a surgical process. A moving plate is driven to move by the moving screw rod through a first gear and a second gear, the adjusting screw rod is enabled to move through the moving plate so as to make dilation arms and dilation plates at appropriate positions. The adjusting screw rod is enabled to rotate through a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, so that sleeves on two sides drive the dilation plates to move fordilating a surgical incision to an appropriate size to facilitate surgery.
