The dual-balloon thrombolysis catheter comprises a catheter body as well as a first balloon and a second balloon which are sequentially arranged on the outer circumference of the tip part of the catheter body along the axial direction of the catheter body, wherein the second balloon is closer to the tip of the catheter body than the first balloon; an inner cavity channel, a first catheter side cavity channel and a second catheter side cavity channel which are parallel to the axial direction of the catheter body are arranged in the catheter body; the first catheter side cavity channel is communicated with a medicine adding control valve; the second catheter side cavity channel is communicated with a pressure control valve, the first balloon and the second balloon; and the catheter body is provided with catheter side holes which are positioned between the tail end of the catheter body and the first balloon and are used for enabling the inner cavity channel to be communicated with the outside, and medicine adding micro-holes which are positioned between the first balloon and the second balloon and are used for enabling thefirst catheter side cavity channel to be communicated with the outside.
