Abstract
The invention discloses application of CDK in preparation and screening of anti-hepatoma drugs, and application of New Tectorigenin as a CDK inhibitor in regulating HepG2 cell cycle. The inventor of the application finds that New Tectorigenin can inhibit proliferation of HepG2 cells by inhibiting synthesis of CDK2, CDK4 and CDK6 proteins in the HepG2 cell cycle, and therefore, as a CDK inhibitor,New Tectorigenin can inhibit proliferation of HepG2, having an important meaning for developing a new generation of anti-hepatoma drugs.
