The locating tool comprises a locatingconnector, a locating bolt and locating screws. The locating connector comprises a body, an inner oil pipe hole, an outer oil pipe hole and a locating hole. The outer oil pipe hole is arranged at oneend of the body. The outer oil pipe hole is used for being coaxially connected with the outer circumferential wall of an outer oil pipe in a threaded manner. The inner oil pipe hole is coaxially arranged on the bottom face of the outer oil pipe hole. The inner oil pipe hole is used for being coaxially connected with the outer peripheral wall of the inner oil pipe in a threaded manner. The distancebetween the bottom face of the inner oil pipe hole and the bottom face of the outer oil pipe hole is equal to the standard length difference between the inner oil pipe and the outer oil pipe. The locating hole is arranged at the other end of the body. The locating hole is coaxial with the inner oil pipe hole. A threaded end of the locating bolt is used for passing through the locating hole to becoaxially connected with the inner circumferential wall of the inner oil pipe in a threaded manner.
