Searching or selecting a network supportingCS voice; and if the network supporting CS voice is found, stationing in the network supporting CS voice. According to the scheme provided by the invention, when the universal integrated circuit cardset by the user equipment does not support the IP multi-media sub-system, the user needs to acquire a CS voice service, and the user equipment has the voice capacity, the CS voice service also can beprovided for the user via the user equipment.
