Abstract

The system comprises a brittle conductive material layer, a controller and an alarm unit, wherein the brittle conductive material layer is arranged on an inner surface of an inner portion of the battery pack casing and comprises a first connector and a second connector, the brittle conductivematerial layer continuously extends along the first direction intersecting the operation direction of an electric vehicle, the controller is connected with the first connector and the second connector and is used for emitting a pulse width modulation signal to the first connector and emitting an alarm signal when a pulse width modulation signal can not be received from the second connector, and the alarm unit is used for emitting the alarm based on the alarm signal. The system is advantaged in that the damage condition of a battery pack can be detected, and a driver can be timely prompted.
