The sequence of the precursor gene is: (a) a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO:1, or (b) a nucleotide sequence which has at least 70percent, at least 75 percent, at least 80 percent, at least 85 percent, at least 90 percent, at least 95 percent, at least 96 percent, at least 97 percent, at least 98 percent or at least 99 percentof homology with the nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO:1 and can be used for generating the hickory micro159a after cutting. The application of the precursor sequence of the hickory micro159a isexpected to advance the plant flowering artificially. Specifically, the application of the hickory micro159a is expected to regulate the flowering period of hickory, shorten the childhood of hickory and advance flowering and fruiting.
