Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, the injectable scissor hinge hemostatic device is composed of a syringe 1 , a hemostatic material outer coating 2 and an adaptive scissor hinge expansion structure 3 . There is a reaming blade 9 at the front end of the syringe 1, and when the wound is small, the wound is cut to put into the hemostatic device. figure 2 , image 3 Shown are the initial folded state and the state of use of the hemostatic material outer coating film 2 respectively. The hemostatic material outer coating film 2 has a certain degree of flexibility and can expand when encountering blood (water). Such as Figure 4 As shown, the self-adaptive scissor hinge unfolding structure 3 is composed of scissor hinge structural units 4 and support rods 5, the scissor hinge structural units 4 are distributed in layers, and the inner ends are fixed on the support rods 5,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pantograph hemostatic structure and a hemostatic device, wherein the pantograph hemostatic structure comprises a hemostatic material external application film and an self-adaptive pantograph unfolding structure. The self-adaptive pantograph unfolding structure consists of a pantograph structure unit and a supporting rod. The inner end of the pantograph structure unit is fixed on the supporting rod, the hemostatic material external application film is adhered and fixed on the outer side of the self-adaptive pantograph unfolding structure, the pantograph structure unitis composed of pantograph units and an elastic element, the pantograph unit is formed by connecting the centers of two rods. The two ends of the elastic element are respectively connected to the connecting hinge of the adjacent pantograph structure units. When in use, the hemostatic structure is injected into a wound, the elastic element release the elasticity and can expand the self-adaptive pantograph unfolding structure in a radial direction, and the corresponding deformation is generated according to the wound shape, and the hemostatic material external application film is driven to fit the wound surface, so that the rapid hemostasis function is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a penetrating wound hemostasis structure, in particular to an adaptive scissor hinge hemostasis structure and an injection scissor hinge hemostasis device. Background technique [0002] The existing hemostasis treatment of penetrating wounds on the battlefield mainly adopts compression hemostasis, burning hemostasis, grease and gauze filling hemostasis and other methods. These conventional hemostasis methods are far from meeting the first aid requirements for hemostasis of penetrating wounds due to the limitation of wartime conditions or treatment effects. There is an urgent need to develop a new hemostatic method and device to fill the gap. RevMedx, a medical technology company in Oregon, USA, has developed a syringe-like medical device called "XStat", which contains tiny cotton wool, which can change the way military doctors treat gunshot wounds and shrapnel wounds. When in use, military doctors inject dozens of pill-shaped ...
