The method comprises the steps: selectingthe time for final planting of a small seedling according to the growth period of Dendrobium phalaenopsis, selecting a plant with a plant height of 20 cm or above and 4 or above pseudo bulbs in a season with high temperature, performing high-phosphorus fertilizer management, and performing flower bud induction treatment on the seedlings of Dendrobium phalaenopsis by using isopentennyladenine 60 days before the target flowering period of Dendrobium phalaenopsis.
