Abstract
The invention relates to a bergapten endophyte separating and cultivation method and application thereof. Bergapten endophyte is obtained from bergapten stems, bergapten leaves, bergapten roots and abergapten stem, leaf and root mixture, experiment results show that the rooting rate of bergapten cuttage can be increased obviously by the bergapten endophyte, particularly bergapten root endophyte,the rooting time of the bergapten cuttage is shortened, the germination rate of bergapten seeds can be increased remarkably, the time required for germination of the bergapten seeds is shortened, therefore, bergapten seed propagation can be widely applied to artificial cultivation of the bergapten favorably, and rapid development of the bergapten industry is promoted.
