The coal-water dual-resource mine mining mode comprises steps as follows: mining areas are divided according to developing height of a water flowing fracture zone, water mining grade and degree of allowable mining failure of water; a mining mode is determined according to the divided mining areas; direct mining is performed in a minable area; under the condition that an area which is not suitable for being mined does not meet the security requirement, short-wallmechanization mining is adopted, and the security requirement means that the water inflow of a working face does not affect normal production; if the short-wall mechanization mining is selected, depthof a coal seam is replaced with pressure arch height for calculation in security coefficient calculation, and mining width and retaining width of the short-wall mechanization mining are determined according to the security coefficient; the coal-water dual-resource mine mining without change of the hydrogeological conditions of the overlying strata is performed according to the mining mode; the mining mode replaces a long-wall large-mining-height mining mode, so that damage to the environment in a coal mining process is greatly reduced, and the mode is conducive to harmony between man and nature.
