The anorectal endoscope protection cover comprises a housing and the gas supply devices connected to the housing, the housing is provided with an inner cavity for anendoscope to penetrate, the housing is provided with an inflation duct, an air inlet is formed in one end of the inflation duct, the air inlet is connected with the gas supply devices for inflating the intestinal cavity, and a check valve is arranged between the air inlet and the air supply devices.
