The moisturizing lipstick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of phenylisopropyl polydimethylsiloxane, 10 to 20 parts of diisostearyl dimer dilinoleate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.03 to 0.05 part of pentaerythritol tetra(bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamic acid)ester, 4 to 6 parts of octyldodecanol, 2 to 20 parts of a binder, 2 to 20 parts of a skin conditioning agent, 2 to 4 parts of lanolin, 2 to 4 parts of hydrogenated coconut oil and 25 to 36 parts of acoloring agent, wherein the binder comprises at least three of ceresin, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene, candelilla wax and beeswax; and the skin conditioning agent comprises at least two of dipentaerythritol hexahydroxystearate / hexaderate / hexarosinate, diisostearyl malate, stearyl / PPG-3 myristyl ether dimer dilinoleate.
