The method comprise: S1 Import CT image file, S2 reconstruct an image according to that CT image file, S3, after image reconstruction, inputting into a CNN convolutional neural network to obtain image segmentation of the affected area and S4 generates a surface model according to thespatial information, S5 imports the surface model into a virtual reality environment, and S6 renders the result in real time in the virtual reality environment. The invention can further simulate theoperation of various treatment means on the model, thereby changing the medical image reading mode in the prior art and carrying out operation planning, thereby greatly reducing the treatment risk.
