Abstract

The invention relates to an optical wavelength conversion module which comprises a base plate, a driving device and a first fluorescent material layer. The first fluorescent material layer is arrangedon a first optical area of the base plate. When the heated temperature of the first fluorescent material layer is similar to or the same with the environment temperature, a conversion light beam generated by the first fluorescent material layer is green-yellow light. When the heated temperature of the first fluorescent material layer is similar to or exceeds the preset temperature, a conversion light beam generated by the first fluorescent material layer is yellow light. The driving device is connected to the base plate. When the optical wavelength conversion module is in an operation state, the driving device is suitable for driving the base plate to act, and the first optical area emits yellow light. The invention further provides an illumination module. By means of the above optical wavelength conversion module, the problems of color distortion and brightness lowering caused by the heat extinguishing effect can be better solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an optical wavelength conversion module and an illumination module. Background technique [0002] The optical wavelength conversion module in the prior art often utilizes a light-emitting element and a phosphor layer to generate a light beam for illumination. However, the phosphor layer absorbs external energy. Under the irradiation of high-energy beams (such as laser beams), the temperature of the phosphor layer will increase, resulting in a decrease in its fluorescence intensity (or luminous efficiency). The thermal quenching effect refers to the phenomenon that the fluorescence intensity of the phosphor layer decreases as the heating temperature increases. [0003] Among the phosphor materials, the thermal quenching effect of the phosphor layer of yttrium aluminum garnet (Yttrium Aluminum Garnet, YAG) is relatively severe. figure 1 It is the wavelength-fluorescence intensity relationship graph of the yttrium aluminum garn...
