Two ends of the leaky radiation section are respectivelyconnected to one end of the two complementary artificial surface plasmon transmission lines, and the other ends of the two complementary artificial surface plasmon transmission lines are symmetrically provided with the matching units. The two microstrip feeder lines are respectively connected with the two matching units. The leaky radiation section adopts a composite periodic mode modulation scheme to achieve efficient radiation of the complementary artificial surface plasmon. The antenna can adjust the frequency sweep characteristics by changing the variation rule of a composite period.
