The noise reduction device comprises a frame, wherein the lower portion of the front face of the frame is provided with a longhole, the two sides of the frame are provided with openings respectively, the lower portions of the two sides of the frame are fixedly connected with transverse plates respectively, the transverse plates are located under the openings, the two sides of the frame are slidably connected with sliding plates through sliding grooves respectively, the bottoms of the sliding plates are in contact with the tops of the transverse plates, the upper portion of the front face of the frame is provided with a window, the inner side of the window is fixedly connected with a glass window, the top of the frameis fixedly connected with a top plate, the center of the bottom of the top plate is fixedly connected with a corrugated plate, the outer side of the corrugated plate is connected with the upper portion of an inner cavity of the frame, and an inner cavity of the corrugated plate is fixedly connected with a water bag.
