The system comprises a sampling probe, a cooling unit, an adsorption unit, a water removal filtration unit, a gas extraction unit, a control unit and a measurement unit, wherein the sampling probe, the cooling unit, the adsorption unit, the water removal filtration unit and the gas extraction unit are connected insequence; the control unit is respectively connected to the gas extraction unit and the measurement unit; the measurement unit comprises a flue gas temperature measurement device, a flue gas flow velocity pressure measurement device and a mass flowmeter; the flue gas temperature measurement device is used for measuring the temperature of flue gas to be measured; the flue gas flow velocity pressuremeasurement device is used for measuring the flow velocity and the pressure of the flue gas to be measured; and the mass flowmeter is used for measuring the flow rate of the sample gas extracted by the gas extraction unit.
