The infusion alarm device comprises a shell, a sensor, a motor with an eccentric wheel and a circuit board, an accommodating cavity of a drip cup is formed in the shell, communicating channels are further formed in the two ends of the accommodating cavity, the sensor is positioned in the accommodating cavity, weak vibration signals generated when liquid drops drop on the liquid surface in the drip cup during infusion are collected, the circuit board is fixed to the shell and performs signal transmission with the sensor, the circuit board comprises a microcontroller, a buzzing circuit electrically connected to the microcontroller and a motor control circuit, the buzzing circuit is provided with a buzzer, and the motor is controlled by a motorcontrol circuit to act, so that an eccentric wheel of the motor is clamped into the channel communicated with the accommodating cavity. According to the invention, the dropping number and dropping speed of dropping liquid can be accurately monitored, and a user and a nurse can be accurately informed of the dropping time length of the dropping liquid.
