The academic resource access method comprises the following steps: classifying academic resource websites, identifying the academic resource websites according to a classification result, and generating first category codes respectively corresponding to each category of academic resource websites; classifying the access users, formulating access permissions of the access users to various types ofacademic resource websites according to classification results, and calibrating second type codes corresponding to the various types of access users according to the first type codes and the access permissions; writing the second category code into the IPv6 address, and generating a source IP address corresponding to each category of access users; and acquiring a target website accessed by the access user, and controlling the access user to access the academic resource website according to the access permission, the source IP address and the target website.
