Abstract

The invention discloses a method of using triptonide for alleviating mouse hyperalgesia reaction induced by a CFA. The method includes the steps: 1, the CFA is injected into a unilateral rear foot ofa mouse; 2, after CFA injection, the TPN is subjected to intravenous injection; 3, expression changes of AKT of neurons in dorsal root ganglia (DRG) after the CFA is injected are detected; 4, expression changes of mRNA of a tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 1[beta] and interleukin 6 of the DRG neurons after the CFA is injected are detected; and 5, an AKT inhibitor is used for preprocessing,changes of mechanical hyperalgesia and thermal hyperalgesia which are caused by the CFA are detected, and the expression changes of mRNA of proinflammatory cytokines such as the TNF-alpha, the IL-1[beta] and the IL-6 are detected. Through the method of using the triptonide for alleviating the mouse hyperalgesia reaction induced by the CFA, results can be obtained, direct evidence is provided foranti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory effects of the TPN, and new application of the TPN in inflammatory pain treatment is indicated.
