Abstract

The invention discloses a closed ultrasonic composite lithotripsy device comprising an elastic fan-shaped grabbing claw, a lithotripsy rod, a grabbing sheath tube and a supporting sheath tube; the lithotripsy rod is shaped like a hollow rod; the elastic fan-shaped grabbing claw has an open state and a closed state, and the operating end of the elastic fan-shaped grabbing claw is hinged with the supporting sheath tube and the grabbing sheath tube; the grabbing sheath tube can drive the elastic fan-shaped grabbing claw to be switched between the open state and the closed state; and when the elastic fan-shaped grabbing claw is in the closed state, a closed spherical crushing chamber can be formed, the lithotripsy rod can axially move along the grabbing sheath tube, the lithotripsy end of thelithotripsy rod can extend into the spherical crushing chamber to crush broken stone, and broken stone particles can be discharged from the spherical crushing chamber via a discharging hole in the supporting sheath tube by virtue of a gap between the grabbing sheath tube and the supporting sheath tube.
