Problems solved by technology

In addition, past research methods mostly used DesignBuilder and EnergyPlus to simulate energy-saving effects, but this kind of energy consumption simulation software requires complex modeling and setting many parameters in the early stage, and it is difficult to obtain the temperature field and heat flow field, while using CFD software The results of the simulated temperature field and thermal flow field are relatively accurate, but the method for the boundary conditions and initial conditions will be more complicated, especially when dealing with the initial conditions, almost using the measured data at the initial moment of the simulation as the initial conditions, this method For buildings that cannot be tested and are still in the design scheme stage, it is impossible to simulate, predict and evaluate the performance of their walls and indoor thermal environment

Embodiment 1

[0126] This embodiment provides a concrete building wall structure of a certain building in Wuhan, such as figure 1 As shown, its one-dimensional unsteady numerical heat transfer model is as follows figure 2 shown. The building shape coefficient (the building exterior area occupied by unit volume) is 0.36, the window-to-wall ratio is 0.3, and the surface reflectance of the exterior wall is 0.2. In this study, the cooling of the building in summer and the heating in winter are both completed by air conditioning units. The total heat transfer coefficient of the wall design is 0.356W / (m 2 · K). The summer cooling period in Wuhan is from June 10 to August 31; the winter heating period is from December 1 to February 28 of the following year. Firstly, it can be obtained through calculation that for this embodiment, the higher the reflectivity of the wall surface is, the more favorable the energy saving of the wall is throughout the year. Through the calculation, it is conclude...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal application method based on a reflective coating and vertical greening on the outer wall of an existing building. The method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a numerical heat transfer model for walls in different orientations by applying different technologies, and calculating a temperature field and a heat flow field of the numerical heat transfermodel; 2, performing multi-objective particle swarm optimization by taking the minimum wall load and the minimum cost as two objective functions to obtain a Pareto leading edge; 3, selecting an optimal solution for all non-dominated solutions, i.e., feasible schemes and entropy weight-grey correlation-TOPSIS decisions; and finally calculating the overall ecological benefit of the scheme. Accordingto the method, a building facade cold technology which mainly comprises a high-reflection coating and vertical greening can be applied to transformation of an existing building envelope structure, the whole method has the advantages of being simple, rapid and effective, and the obtained final optimization scheme has the advantages of wall energy conservation, investment economy and ecological benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of civil engineering, and in particular relates to an optimized application method based on reflective coating and vertical greening on the exterior wall of an existing building. Background technique [0002] With the development of the global economy, building energy consumption accounts for 30% to 40% of the world's total energy consumption, and nearly half of the energy consumption is consumed by heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Growth and improvement of living standards, building energy consumption is expected to continue to increase, according to International Energy Outlook 2016, in 2040, the energy consumption of the residential building industry will increase by 48% compared with 2012, and the energy consumption of the commercial building industry will increase by 56%. The problem can no longer be ignored. Reducing building energy consumption, improving building body and surrounding t...
