The brightness compensation method comprises the following steps: calculating a brightness attenuation value of a first display area according to equivalent working timeof the first display area; calculating the gray scale variation of the first display area according to the brightness attenuation value; and according to the gray scale variation, performing inverse proportion amplification on the input voltage of the first display area by using a feedback circuit to reach a preset voltage value. Brightness attenuation value according to equivalent working time ofthe first display area is calculated. The gray scale variation is calculated according to the brightness attenuation value, and the input voltage of the first display area is amplified in inverse proportion by using the feedback circuit, so that the voltage input quantity is increased, the purpose of increasing the light-emitting current of the first display area is achieved, and the brightness of the first display area is compensated and is consistent with the brightness of the second display area.
