Problems solved by technology

The existing assessment methods for grassland degradation are mainly based on aboveground plant communities and soil physical and chemical properties. This assessment method is too simple, and the assessment indicators often cannot reflect the comprehensive situation of environmental changes, and the assessment results are one-sided.
At present, there is no systematic method for the moderate degradation of alpine meadows on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Embodiment 1

[0020] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present embodiment provides a method for using soil animals to monitor the moderate degradation of alpine meadows on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including: selecting monitoring plots, collecting diplopoda soil animals by hand picking, preserving soil animals, and monitoring soil animals. The steps involved identification and enumeration, and assessment of meadow types using densities of the order (Chimaludae and Schimaluidae). The specific process is as follows:

[0021] Step 1: From 2016 to 2018, the research group carried out 12 monitorings of soil fauna in four different degradation stages of swamp meadow, steppe meadow, moderately degraded meadow and severely degraded meadow in Zoige Wetland (annual April, May, July, and October represent the four seasons of winter, spring, summer, and autumn respectively). Six 50 cm × 50 cm quadrats were randomly selected from each meadow for the survey of large soil animals, and the interval between...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for monitoring moderate degradation of alpine meadows in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau by using soil animals. The method is characterized in that the moderate recession of thealpine meadow is monitored by analyzing the density of soil animals such as Diopoda soil animals with Polydesmoidea (Paradoxosomatidae) and Doratodesmidae soil animals in the soil animals. The evaluation method provided by the invention is simple, practical and relatively low in cost; the moderate degradation stage of the alpine meadow can be rapidly and efficiently evaluated; and the detection result can reflect the comprehensive degradation condition of environments such as grassland plant communities and soil. In addition, while traditional methods such as plant communities and soil or modern technologies such as remote sensing are used for judging the alpine meadow degradation stage, the method can also be combined for use, so that the result accuracy can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to grassland degradation monitoring technology, in particular to a method for monitoring moderate degradation of alpine meadows on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau by using soil animals. Background technique [0002] The main manifestations of grassland degradation are the decline of height, coverage, yield and quality of grassland vegetation, the deterioration of soil environment, and the decline of production capacity and ecological function. The long-term and large-scale grassland degradation not only leads to the decline of grassland productivity, but also causes the deterioration of the ecological environment and threatens the survival and development of human beings. Under the influence of unfavorable natural factors such as drought, wind and sand, water erosion, salinity, waterlogging, groundwater level changes, etc., or unreasonable use of excessive grazing and mowing, or excessive digging, excessive cutting, and firewood harve...
