system; and S2, coordinated regulation
gene cluster positioning and
molecular marker development: carrying out whole
genome re-sequencing, intestinal microbe metagenome sequencing and blood
metabolome sequencing on the breeding parents screened in the step S1. According to the invention, a basic
population is constructed through a local
beef cattle population in a cold region and a wild yak related hybridization
population; the wild yak source barren-resistant
flora colonization,
rumen lignin degradation and hair replacement
rhythm adaptation are subjected to synchronous targeted cultivation, so that the new variety can stably adapt to the extreme feeding conditions of no supplementary feeding and no heat preservation in the desert
grassland in the cold region.
