The invention discloses a method for reducing the
infection risk of leeches in golden trevally culture, and belongs to the technical field of
aquaculture. The method comprises the following steps: culturing golden trevally in a culture
barrel, a
cement pool or a net cage, and controlling the daily
water exchange capacity to be more than 100%, the pH value of a
water body to be 7.8-8.6, the dissolved
oxygen to be more than 5.0 mg.L <-1 > and the
ammonia nitrogen to be less than 0.2 mg.L <-1 >; the breeding density is reasonably controlled; carrying out
polyculture on
scatophagus argus in a certain proportion; reasonable bait
casting; daily
pool inspection and inspection; when the leech
infection risk exists, the
seawater salinity is adjusted regularly. According to the method, by comprehensively regulating and controlling the breeding environment and taking targeted measures, the
infection risk of the golden trevally leeches can be remarkably reduced, leech
parasitism is reduced, the breeding efficiency is improved, and the method has good application prospects.
