The three-hole balance flow meter comprises a front measuring pipe, a rear measuring pipe and a throttling element located between the front measuring pipe and the rear measuring pipe. The front measuring pipe, the rear measuring pipe and the throttling element are integrally processed by the same material. Three throttling holes are formed in the throttling element. A first pressure tapping hole is formed in the wall of the front measuring pipe; and a first pressure tapping pipe is led out from the first pressure tappinghole. A second pressure tapping hole is formed in each throttling hole; and a second pressure tapping pipe is led out from the second pressure tapping hole. The second pressure tapping pipes corresponding to the throttling holes are communicated with one another.
