This invention discloses a method and
system for discriminating and compensating for
rust particle scattering in a dual-path colorimetric
assay within the same
pool, belonging to the field of
water quality optical detection and
colorimetric analysis technology. The method includes: S1, before adding the colorimetric
reagent, acquiring the transmission
signal and scattering
signal before the reaction under a long
optical path, calculating scattering characteristic parameters, and determining the
rust particle scattering interference level; S2, selecting a long or short
optical path based on the scattering interference level and a preset transmission
lower limit threshold, and using an electromagnetic
shutter to select the chosen
optical path; S3, after adding the colorimetric
reagent, mixing and performing a colorimetric reaction for a preset time; S4, acquiring the transmission
signal and scattering signal after the reaction under the same optical path, calculating the differential
absorbance and scattering change; S5, obtaining the corrected
absorbance through scattering compensation; S6, converting the corrected
absorbance into the target
analyte concentration based on the calibration relationship corresponding to the selected optical path and outputting the result. This invention can reduce measurement deviations caused by
rust particle scattering and expand its applicability.
