The method uses a device and comprises the following steps: horizontally placing a planoconvex lens to be measured on the edge of a groove with round inside of a mounting seat; reflecting the laser by a reflector and vertically emitting the laser onto the planoconvex lens to be measured, wherein two light beams reflected by the upper and lower surfaces of the planoconvex lens to be measured are coherent lights and form an interference Newton's ring; measuring the dark ring level k of interference fringes through a reading microscope, and measuring the diameter corresponding to the kth level dark ring at the same time; assigning k+1, k+2, k+3,..., and multiple dark rings to k through a multi-measurement method, and measuring the diameter value of corresponding dark rings; processing data by a successive difference method, and measuring the diameter values of k+m+1, k+m+2, k+m+3,... and multiple dark rings at the same time; and calculating the measured data by a formula to obtain the curvature radius of the planoconvex lens to be measured. A detection method of volatility organic compound ingredient in cigarette mainstream smoke comprises the following steps: (1) the entrapment of the volatility organic compound in the cigarette mainstream smoke: a XAD-4 absorption tube and a cold solvent are in tandem and entrap the volatility organic compound in the cigarette mainstream smoke; (2) the analysis of smoke sample: absorption material in the absorption tube is transferred into a chromatogram bottle; an extraction liquid and an internal standard are added in the chromatogram bottle and leach the absorption volatility organic compound; the absorption volatility organic compound is directly put into GC-MS to be detected; after the solution in the absorption bottle is added with the internal standard, the solution is directly put into GC-MS to be analyzed and detected; the summation of the amount of leached volatility organic compound and the amount of volatility organic compound in the solution is the total amount of the volatility organic compound in the cigarette mainstream smoke. Compared with the prior method, the method in the invention has more easy operation, only need the XAD-4 absorption tube and a tandem device of a cold solvent bottle and can effectively absorb all the main volatility organic compounds in the cigarette mainstream smoke; furthermore, the method in the invention has the advantages of sound repeatability and sound sensitivity; the method in the invention is also suitable for analysis of samples in large quantities.

A confocal axial scanning device and a confocal axial scanning method based on a reflection type liquid crystal spatial light modulator relate to a confocal microscope and a scanning method of the confocal microscope, which solve the problems that in an existing axial scanning device and a method, the device is complex in structure and a sample is poor in repeatability of measurement due to the fact that defocus of a measured object is achieved by means of a lens or movement of the measured object along an axial direction. By means of the confocal axial scanning device, the reflection type liquid crystal spatial light modulator is added between a polarization beam splitter and the lens of the existing device, an axial scanning mechanism in a traditional confocal axial scanning device is eliminated simultaneously, and the reflection type liquid crystal spatial light modulator is utilized to replace the axial scanning mechanism. A sensor, sensor disk, sensor measurement correction system, and method used in measuring a parameter in the refining zone. The sensor includes a spacer that spaces its sensing element from the disk. In one preferred embodiment, the spacer is made of an insulating material that insulates the sensing element from the thermal mass of the disk to prevent the thermal mass from affecting sensor measurement. The sensor includes a housing carried by the spacer that, in turn, carries the sensing element. Where the sensing element is a temperature sensing element, the housing is thermally conductive and the housing and spacer enclose the sensing element. Each sensor is disposed in the refining surface, preferably in its own separate bore in the disk and flush with or below axial refiner bar height. Signals from one or more sensors are processed by a processing device linked to a module containing calibration data that is applied to make sensor measurements more accurate. The module holds calibration data from sensors that are precalibrated before the sensor disk in which they are assembled is shipped, along with the module, to a fiber processing plant where the disk is installed in a refiner and the module connected to the processing device. In one preferred embodiment the sensor or sensors are carried by a sensor module that can be a removable segment of a refiner disk.

The present invention provides a charged particle beam apparatus used to measure micro-dimensions (CD value) of a semiconductor apparatus or the like which captures images for measurement. For the present invention, a sample for calibration, on which a plurality of polyhedral structural objects with known angles on surfaces produced by the crystal anisotropic etching technology are arranged in a viewing field, is used. A beam landing angle at each position within a viewing field is calculated based on geometric deformation on an image of each polyhedral structural object. Beam control parameters for equalizing the beam landing angle at each position within the viewing field are pre-registered. The registered beam control parameters are applied according to the position of the pattern to be measured within the viewing field when performing dimensional measurement. Accordingly, the present invention provides methods for reducing the variation in the CD value caused by the variation in the electron beam landing angle with respect to the sample with an equal beam landing angle and methods for reducing the instrumental error caused by the difference in the electron beam landing angle between apparatuses.
