The present invention relates to a right-angled penetrating elevator comprising: a hoistway frame including first and second fixing portions on upper sides thereof; a drive motor coupled to an upper side of the hoistway frame by means of a motor sheave coupled to a rotating shaft; a car formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, raised and lowered within the hoistway frame, and including a carsheave module including a first car sheave and a second car sheave, a door module including a first door and a second door vertically formed on sides of the car, respectively, and a pair of guide shoemodules vertically formed to be symmetrical with respect to lateral edges of the car; a counter weight having a counter sheave formed on an upper side thereof, spaced from a side of the car and raised and lowered within the hoistway frame; a rope having one end fixed to the first fixing portion, sequentially passing the first car sheave, the second car sheave, the motor sheave and the counter sheave, and having the other end fixed to the second fixing portion. Thus, vibrations and tilting, occurring while the car is raised and lowered, can be minimized.
