According to the invention, in an image acquisition process, acquisition time and cost can be effectively saved,hardware requirements of acquisition equipment are reduced, and a high-resolution three-dimensional medical image with an ideal effect can still be reconstructed for an acquired image with relativelylow inter-plane resolution; and meanwhile, a doctor can obtain more information from the obtained generated slice sequence, so that clinical medical diagnosis is better assisted.
