Abstract

The invention discloses an air duct assembly and an air conditioner with the same. The air duct assembly comprises a shell, a fan assembly and at least one air guide part. A containing cavity and a rectification cavity which communicate with each other are defined in the shell. An air duct inlet communicating with the containing cavity is formed in the shell. A slit-shaped air outlet is formed inthe wall of the end, away from the containing cavity, of the rectification cavity. The fan assembly comprises a wind wheel and a motor used for driving the wind wheel to rotate. The wind wheel is arranged in the containing cavity. The containing cavity and the rectification cavity are arranged in the axial direction of the wind wheel. The air guide parts are arranged on the shell and comprise airguide parts. The air guide parts are located on the downstream of the air outlet and are opposite to the air outlet. The air guide parts can move in the length direction of the air outlet.
