The control system comprises a monitoring device for monitoring the working state of an air compressor, a regenerated airflow regulating device for regulating flow of the regenerated airflow and a processing device electrically connected with the monitoring device and the regenerated airflow regulating device. The processing device is used for acquiring the work ratio of the air compressor according to the working state, controlling the regenerated airflow regulating device to enable the flow of the regenerated airflow to be a preset flow value when the work ratio is higher than a preset work ratio, and controlling the regenerated airflow regulating device to increase the flow of the regenerated airflow when the work ratio is not higher than the preset work ratio, so that the work ratio of the air compressor is equal to the preset work ratio. With application of the control system, extra output of the air compressor is avoided, and energy consumption is reduced. The invention further discloses the urban rail vehicle comprising the air compressor regenerated airflow control system and an air compressor regenerated airflow control method for the urban rail vehicle.
