Abstract

The invention provides an interconnected microgrid electric energy transaction and system operation collaborative decision-making method, system and device, and the method comprises the steps of building a data-driven distribution robust optimization model of a single microgrid based on a given P2P transaction electricity price through employing the minimum operation cost of each microgrid as a target function; establishing a plurality of flexible interconnection microgrid energy management models by taking the minimum total operation cost of all the microgrids as an objective function according to the data-driven distribution robust optimization model of the single microgrid; and converting the multi-microgrid energy management model into a linear programming model, and performing interconnected microgrid electric energy transaction and system operation collaborative decision-making through the linear programming model. According to the invention, three-phase asymmetric operation and power grid operation constraints of the microgrid can be processed, the distribution robust optimization model of the independent microgrid is established, and the operation cost of the independent microgrid is optimized under the condition that the P2P transaction electricity price is given. A novel decentralized electricity price mechanism is designed for P2P electric energy transaction so as to determine the P2P transaction electricity price reflecting the market value.
