Abstract

An electroluminescent display device is disclosed. The electroluminescent display device includes a substrate having thereon a first sub pixel and a second sub pixel; a doping layer between the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel; a first electrode in each of the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel on the substrate; an organic layer with P-type polarity or N-type polarity on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the organic layer. The organic layer provided in the first sub pixel and the organic layer provided in the second sub pixel are spaced apart from each other with the doping layer provided in the boundary area between the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel. The doping layer is doped with dopant whose polarity is opposite to that of the organic layer.

Description

[0001] Cross References to Related Applications [0002] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2019-0133406 filed on October 25, 2019, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety as if fully set forth herein. technical field [0003] The invention relates to an electroluminescent display device. Background technique [0004] The electroluminescence display device is provided in such a manner that a light emitting layer is provided between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, and the light emitting layer emits light using an electric field generated between the two electrodes, thereby displaying an image. [0005] The light emitting layer may be formed of an organic material that emits light when excitons are generated by the combination of electrons and holes and dropped from an excited state to a ground state, or may be formed of an inorganic material such as quantum dots. [0006] The light emitting layer may be confi...
